Bread Crumbs - The Content Manager provides a trail for the user to follow back to the starting/entry point of a website. This feature can also be used to see how visitors navigate your website to improve the navigation.
Business Logic - Business Logic powers all the backend functions for manipulating and storing data dynamically, and may, for example, be used for messaging, ordering, billing, or integrating with back-end systems.
Configurable URLs - With the URL Manager, the site manager can change long and complicated URLs to more straightforward and shorter URLs. Visitors don't get lost due to complicatated URLs.

Cut and Paste - VIOMA allows authors to cut and paste directly in the editing window.
Database Repository - VIOMA stores all content as XML (eXtensible Markup Language) in a configurable database repository. The repository supports all standard databases, including Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, and other JDBC-compliant databases.
Dynamic Content - Webpages are generated at the time of viewing from content in the repository, allowing content, images, and links to be generated dynamically from business logic, a news feed, or other data sources.

Undo - Content authors can undo changes and revert to avy previously stored version of the page.
Upload HTML - The Upload Tool can automatically upload entire websites comprised of static pages and other content.
Upload/Extract Tools - Upload and Extract tools are useful for bulk migration of content into and out of the repository, and are used for uploading to a different server or just to back up the system.
User Interfaces - VIOMA is structured in three different user interfaces for different user roles: Content Author (non-technical users), Site Master (web developer), and Site Administrator (IT administrator).
Versioning - Versioning allows site content and design to be restored, either page-by-page or the entire site.
Visitor Profiling - The system can track visitors that log on to the site, record browsers, and operating system, paths they visit on the site, for how long, time of the day, etc, and dynamically tailor content for their interest.
Website Rollback - The Rollback Manager creates a backup version of updated content and design. This backup can be restored at a future date with Versioning or Undo.
Workflow Manager - The Workflow Manager controls workflow such that only users with appropriate permissions can update a website. Content is published according to its publishing dates and the staging access-rights of the author. Using workflow, sites can require editorial approval of content before publishing online.
